10. Mr T. – Mathematics

Star protagonist of the famous 1980’s TV Show, The A-Team, Mr. T is renowned for his tough guy image in said series and films such as Rocky 3. Beyond the mohawk hairstyle and gold chains though is some super smarts! Mr. T attended Prairie View and earned a college degree in Mathematics!

9. Will Ferrell – Sports Information

Before Will Ferrel became a hit movie star playing an Anchorman and an Elf, he was actually pursuing a career in sports broadcasting! To support this aspiration, Ferrel studied Sports Information at the University of South Carolina. Random as it sounds, we could actually imagine Ferrel commentating the Superbowl!

8. Cindy Crawford – Chemical Engineering

Supermodels are often stereotyped as not being so smart and that brains and beauty can’t go together. That certainly isn’t true, and especially not with Cindy Crawford. Crawford graduated as high school valedictorian in 1984, and majored in Chemical Engineering at Northwestern University thereafter. Very accomplished!

7. Ricky Gervais – Philosophy

British Comedian, Ricky Gervais, got famous by playing an idiot (David Brent) in The Office but his education shows the real Gervais is actually a profound thinker. Gervais studied Philosophy at the prestigious University College London which, impressively, is a leading university in Britain.

6. Eva Longoria – Kinesiology

Before becoming a desperate house wife on the famed TV show, the voluptuous Latino claimed not one, but two degrees in Kinesiology, one at Texas A&M University-Kingsville and the other at California State University. We’re not sure what career she had in mind then, but Kinesiology focuses on the study of human movement. Interesting!

5. Sir Mick Jagger- Business

Business sounds like a very sensible degree choice for a rock ‘n’ roll frontman, but this is exactly what Jagger studied at the London School of Economics and Political Science. LSE list Jagger as alumni yet he never actually completed his degree as he dropped out to focus on The Rolling Stones (a good choice in the end!) though was regarded by his tutors as a promising student.

4. Matthew McConaughey – Radio, Television, and Film

Probably the least surprising in this list, since it looks like Matthew McConaughey had clearly always planned a career in media and as such, studied a highly relevant degree in Radio, Television and Film at the University of Texas, Austin.

3. Ashton Kutcher – Biochemical Engineering

Who would ever thought the same guy that starred in Dude, Where’s My Car? once studied Biochemical Engineering. But it happened! Kutcher studied the degree at the University of Iowa before making it in Hollywood.

2. Lisa Kudrow – Psychobiology

Lisa Kudrow became famous for playing the half-witted Phoebe in NBC’s infamous series, Friends. But, Lisa Kudrow is actually one smart cookie and completed a degree in Psychobiology at the prestigious Vassar College and worked with her father as a medical researcher!

1. Kourtney Kardashian – Theatre Arts

Whilst it’s surprising that a Kardashian holds a college degree, it’s not so surprising that that degree is in Theatre Arts! This is since Kourtney has become famed on acting the diva in Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
